China Local Gazetteers Database is a comprehensive database on all kinds of local gazetteers published after 1949, which are original and primary resources to realize the social, economic, political and cultural changes of modern China from a local point of view.  It chronicled the local history of cities, villages, counties, districts, departments, factories or corporations, with detailed description of the locality in all aspects.
