為更有效地利用及共享澳門各高校圖書館的學術資源，澳門高等教育輔助辦公室在澳門圖書館暨資訊管理協會的協調下，邀請澳門各高等院校圖書館加入"澳門高校圖書館聯盟"。此聯盟現有9個成員館，成立宗旨在於建立館際間的合作、達至資源共享及開設有效的溝通平台，使圖書館在合作採購、資源共建共享、館際互借及行政開銷等方面取得最大的成本效益。
澳門高校圖書館聯盟電子資源中心致力於提供常用且重要的電子資源，澳門各高校的教職員及學生可透過網絡使用中心的資源。
